SUPPORT FOR SENIORS

The goal of this program, is to inform sen-iors and enable them to age well, in good health, within their community. The pro-gram, whose scope is wide since it is both preventive and curative, encourages the adoption or maintenance of a healthy life-style, for both autonomous people and those with loss of autonomy. Information and communication can facili-tate the daily lives of seniors, hence the importance of helping them to understand services available to them, and how to use them.
