Thanks to a very generous donation (Thanks again Beth and Hartlan!!!!), we were able to afford an awesome sausage maker.
These particular ones are sweet Italian flavored and were not a bad start. 
I (Ethan) was a butcher for a few years at our local grocery store (Marché Richelieu – Épicerie Jacques Ducharme) here in Mansonville and hope to pass on some of the tools and tricks I learned there.
The goal wIth the sausage maker is to teach our agriculture groups how to bring farm to table and hopefully discover some great recipes on the way.
All the sausages we make will be brought home by the youth to enjoy with their families and extras will go to our local PARTAGE/SHARE food bank!
