SATURDAY MORNING AND THE SADD GROUP

For those of you who don’t know already, every Saturday morning we (our SADD group) gather for breakfast before holding our weekly meeting.
When we went back in to “red zone” and we were advised to shut down again, Eleanor and I began preparing packs to go home to the youth attending our programs.
It is definitely not as good as spending the entire day together but it is what keeps us “together” for now.

Last week we delivered packs to our SADD group with photos of they and their friends, chocolates, hand written/personalized messages and some games.
We also delivered to our agriculture group.
This week we decided to wake up early and bake some Chocolate Croissants🍫🥐 and take our morning café on the road!
These youth volunteer so much of their time to us and getting to our building every week. It is only fitting that we return the favor!
Some apprentice baking, 56 Chocolate Croissants and what seems like too many back roads later, we had deliveries completed!😄
