Local cuisine at its finest is Bistro Chouette!
Allan was a part of our programs when he was younger (in Mable’s groups) and is an inspiration to any aspiring local chefs or business men who are pursuing their dreams.
Bistro Chouette is well known for the quality food it serves and the atmosphere it provides (when Covid will allow).
Allan and his crew have worked hard and recently begun offering takeout!!
