The Board of Directors shall appoint such committees as it deems necessary and shall define their terms of reference.
At least four months prior to the annual meeting, the Board shall establish a Nominating Committee, consisting of three members in good standing, to nominate and obtain the consent of candidates for the various positions on the Board. The Nominating Committee shall report to the Annual General Meeting.
Each committee appointed by the board of directors shall include at least one director. Other members of the committee may be selected from the membership of the Association or the community.
