Today we fulfilled our list of good deeds (another dozen eggs delivered!) and while creating a few posts for next week, I asked Kate (my helper this summer) what message she would convey to our audience this fine Monday afternoon.
Her response took me slightly by surprise.
Kate expressed her hope for you all. She said she wished everyone would take their friend up on the offer to come for a visit once all the vaccination and proper safety precautions had been taken.
She wanted you to take liberty up on all she has to offer.
Not the material gains but the moments glance, the warm embrace and the laughter shared.
That is what is important today.
