Well positioned in the territory the CABMN Coordination Team identifies three fields of action for accomplishing its mission:

• Support to volunteers
• Support to Organizations

Development of Voluntary and Community Action, which aims to:

• Promote volunteer work,
• Consult, support and cooperate with voluntary and community organizations,
• Identify and analyze social and community needs,
• Represent members’ interests in decision-making proceedings.

Primary role:

• Recruitment, coordination, consultation, and supervision for the volunteers and volunteer functions of the CABMN.
• Strengthen volunteer coordination and support within the organization and community.
• Involve a community of supporters in the joys and benefits of volunteering.
