Today we witnessed incredible acts of compassion as our agriculture club helped nurse a lost kitten back to health.
After 1 hour of the kitten crying for it’s mom which we believed won’t be returning, the kids quickly gained a new appreciation for their own moms and all the crying they might have put up with.
I explained to the kids that while the future is uncertain for our friend, there was few better places he could have ended up than safe, in their arms.
Our group loved on the kitten and left him with happy wishes he’d sleep better and his mom would return for him.
We competed for some different prizes and finished with a paper plane competition.. Congratulations to Nathan and Sophie who exceed all of our plane making ability by miles
More to come,
Ethan.
