Today’s Home Economics group learned to make crepes with ham, swiss cheese and spinach (served with a garlic sauce).
The group tasted the crepes and moved on to dessert: “Dirt Pudding” – featuring a small layer of pudding, mouse, cookie and topped with a gummy worm.
We had 15 cooks in the kitchen this afternoon!
