“Rainbow connection”
Today our agriculture club explored the art of puppetry.
The rules of puppetry, the types of puppetry and the people who are responsible for popularizing the art form.
After our discussion, the group met “Bernie”, our Youth Centre puppet – as animated by Youth Centre Coordinator (Ethan).
The group then adjourned to making their very own agriculture themed sock puppets.
Hopefully bringing justice to the memory of the late Jim Henson, the art of puppetry lives on and continues to inspire kid’s imagination.
