Hello everyone,
Today we start our culinary week with a split recognition between Marché Richelieu – Épicerie Jacques Ducharme and Boni-soir – Dépanneur des 13 (owned by Micheal Laplume & Valerie Germain-Vezina).
While you would think I am going to mention the quality of their goods or the friendly attitudes you are greeted with at these places (they are both guilty of those things).
I wanted to mainly mention the concious effort both these businesses make to provide “take-out” from within their stores in a time when Covid has shut down many of our favorite restoraunts.
While our local grocery store has always offered great homemade products, you can now also reserve “Family style dinners” which takes so much stress away, on certain days of the week!

While these delicious meals will be enjoyed for the time to come, we recognize and appreciate the effort of these businesses and the quick actions they take to get delicious food to us.
